A sales representative will contact you on custom furniture orders to confirm your color choices and discuss delivery options. Furniture is available for pickup at our stores or can be delivered within the Continental US by White Glove Delivery. A phone number is required for all furniture deliveries.
GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY: Platypus has been serving customers for over thirty years, always with the same goal - your total satisfaction!. If you are less than pleased with anything you order from PlatypusOnLine we will cheerfully accept it for an exchange or a refund of the full price of the merchandise.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
DELIVERY INFORMATION: Typically, we ship all NON FURNITURE orders within 3 business days. We will notify you when your order ships with an e-mail that contains your Fed Ex Ground tracking number that allows you to monitor the shipment!
HANDLING & SHIPPING CHARGES: All Furniture Deliveries are by our White Glove Delivery Service. Within 50 miles of a store White Glove Delivery is $165. White Glove Delivery beyond 50 miles of a store is $295 for the 1st piece and $39 for each additional carton. (Dining chairs are packed 2/carton).
